Requirement :
1. Experience in developing and maintaining complex software systems in C++ on multiple Unix platforms
2. Proficient in designing data structures and complex algorithms
3. Experience and understanding of good software engineering principles
4. Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level with others in English and Chinese
5. Ability to work as part of the development team
6. Minimum: BS/MS degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or EE with at least 3 years experience
7. TCL or GUI programming (e.g., X/Motif, Qt, MFC, Tk) experience desirable but not mandatory.
