需求职位：开发测试工程师（2人）

SDET2

1. 2+ years of software development or testing experience

2. Strong programming skills (C/C++/C#/VB.Net) and debugging skills

3. Basic problem solving skills

4. Passion about shipping high quality products

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills

6. A BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.

7. Testing experience is a PLUS



Keyword: C#, vb.net, 2 year experience, testing



The above two positions entail developing feature test plans, automating test cases and test results analysis, some coding, isolation and analysis of problems, debugging and investigation of test failures, communication and working closely with developers, and program managers, and customers.

Business Area Overview: Support Microsoft Global and Local partners in dev technology



Education and Qualification:

·Bachelor degree in Computer Science or EE



Professional Training and Certification:

· Certification in CET-4 is a must , CET-6 preferred



Skill , Knowledge and Abilities：

· Experience and skills of building Microsoft DNA2000 and .NET based solutions, including IIS/ASP ,COM+ ,and SQL Server

· strong development skills with 2 or more of the following: VB/VB.NET, VC, VJ, C#, ASP/ASP.NET, ADO/ADO.NET

· Coding experience using C/C++; Knowledge in SDK would be an advantage

· Knowledge in relational database

· Enterprise working or supporting experience, and troubleshooting skills preferred

· Good command of English in oral and written

· Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

· Skilled at interacting with enterprise customers and partners

· Self driven, aggressive and out-going

这玩意儿居然是对支持人员的要求,真晕..........是不是随便复制别人的开发人员招聘拿来当支持人员的招聘要求啊? 微软怕不会用这种方式招人....除了微软还其他有这样要求的是比较新奇一些...
