问一个关于msdn使用的问题

在用msdn查东西的时候，会给出很多选项，比如说要查SetWindowPos给出以下：

CWindow::SetWindowPos microsoft active templates library for windows CE
CWnd::SetWindowPos microsoft foundation class for windows CE
CWnd::SetWindowPos microsoft foundation class library and templates

都是什么意思啊，为什么会这么多？
再就是没什么有些函数使用之前要用::，有些不用

晕，前面四个是类下的函数
我估计你是用api函数巴？应该用最后一个，不要用带ce的，除非你在ce上开发
