如何将SQL中的数据导成SQL脚本或MYSQL？

怎样将SQL中的数据导成SQL脚本啊，不是数据库备份，SQL里有一个导出SQL脚本的功能，但是导出的脚本只有建表的语句，并没有插入数据的脚本啊，怎么导出包含插入数据的SQL脚本？
或者将SQL中的数据导成MYSQL的脚本也行
请前辈详细说明方法啊 不胜感激
