iOS app怎么限制使用地区？

APP审核时被拒了，原因如下：


Guideline 5.3.4 - Legal - Gaming, Gambling, and Lotteries


Your app contains content - or facilitates, enables, and encourages an activity - that is not legal in all of the locations in which the app is available.

Next Steps

Please modify your app to restrict it to only those territories for which your app is legal.

查找类似的问题，说是可以上传 china.geojson 文件可以解决，但是我找的 geojson 要么文件错误，要么上传失败。

iTunes connect 发布应用程序的时候可以选择发布的地区，提交应用之前选择

我选择了只在中国发布，但这只是发布地区，苹果那边说还需要限制APP使用地区。
