CE上开发如何调试？

我在机器上安装了EVC后，用USB链接HP Jornada（此时ActiveSync连接成功），然后写了一个Palm-size的CE小程序，但是无法进行调试。现象是：
1、Remote Process View等一系列Remote工具用不了
2、在EVC中选择Palm-size PC 2.11(Default Device)，然后F7编译，Build成功后，EVC "Starting Windows CE Services"，接着就报告“The Windows CE Servies connection server has failed.”
换成COM1连接也不行，ActiveSync不管有没有启动也不行。
请各位大虾指点一二，多谢！

在工具栏上有cpu类型，平台类型等，是不是没有选择正确？

如还不行，试试configure platform managert

就是在configure platform manager上，点击test都报错。

是不是要在CE和我的WIN2000上安装什么东西才能调试？

我在Platform Manager中使用PPP连接和Manual Service，然后按提示在CE上运行CEMGRC.EXE后，能连接上CE了，但是调试还是无法进行，并且Remote工具还是不能用。

EventLog中报告

可是这些文件我明明已经Copy到CE的\Windows目录下了！！！
不明白为什么？
