目标：
代理软件运行在本机中，供本机其它软件上网使用；
代理软件能连接到网络上的代理服务器，支持使用HTTP,HTTPS,SOCKS5协议连接代理服务器

找到了几个，试过Tsocks是可以用的。

Tsocks - tsocks' role is to allow these non SOCKS aware applications (e.g telnet, ssh, ftp etc) to use SOCKS without any modification. It does this by intercepting the calls that applications make to establish network connections and negotating them through a SOCKS server as necessary.
