在我的asp页面里包含下面的几行代码：

但结果是当点击一个连接后总出现下面的错误：

CGI Timeout
The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing. The server has deleted the process.

从你的提示信息来看,web服务器是将你的程序中指定的下载的可执行文件当作cgi文件来执行了.
你检查一下在iis的设置中,是不是将tools目录或者tools的父目录的属性设置为可执行了,如果是,将可执行属性去掉即可.
