我的IIS不能创建对象Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")了，是iis还是mdac的问题？

我的IIS不能解释Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")了，怎么办好？
slq server和access均链接不上，是不是mdac的问题？我重装了两遍IIS也不管用！
我安装delphi7中的mdac2.7是否管用？
我的操作系统是win2k英文高级服务器版
