两个初级问题

我的工程中有wd.cpp,wd.rc和resource.h 三个文件，在compile时提示
1、:Cannot compile the file "e:\wd\resource.h';no compile tool is associated with the file extension.
2、wd.cpp(125) :error C2018: unknown character '0xa1'
这两个提示是什么意思？请指教

1、当打开resource.h 文件compile时，提示
Cannot compile the file "e:\wd\resource.h';no compile tool is associated with the file extension.
是否头文件都不能compile？
2、另外怎么给分。
