求助,刚学silverlight

新建Silverlight 4 项目时，出现以下提示。

我是下载了Silverlight 4，并安装了Silverlight4_Tools.exe，silverlight_sdk.exe，甚至卸载了blend 3，依然出现这个错误？

值不能为 null。
