hibernate.properties not found

谁知道这是怎么回事。。 PS：我的hibernate.properties和hibernate.cfg.xml都放在了ear\lib\classes目录下了
hibernate.cfg.xml已经通过这样找到了

Configuration cfg =

new Configuration().configure(XXXXXX.class.getResource("/classes/hibernate.cfg.xml"));

我的ear\lib下面并没有用自己的hibernate jar包 因为用了之后会和jboss自己的jar包有冲突 我就把自己ear\lib下面的hibernate3.jar删了 信息就这么多了。。大家有想法没？
