点光源跟踪系统设计方案
摘要:系统以TI公司超低功耗单片机MSP430F169作为控制核心,设计并制作一个能够检测并指示点光源位置的光源跟踪系统。该系统能够自动追踪点光源,并用激光瞄准。为了满足设计要求,进行了各单元电路方案的比较论证及确定,选用光敏电阻作为传感器,其灵敏度高、电压线性度好;电流监测选用TI公司的INA270芯片,它支持更广泛的共模输入范围,具有较高的精度;动力部分,选用了控制精确的步进电机,易于实现精确点光源的寻找;显示部分选用lcd12864作为人机交互,美观大方。实验表明,系统达到了基本部分的要求,并且也满足大部分发挥部分的要求。

Abstract:The control core of the system is the MSP430F169 ultra-low-power microcontroller produced by TI company.It designs and produces a direct light source system to detect and track the location. It can track the point light source automatically and target by laser.To meet the requirements of the design, we compare the scheme of the each unit circuit and confirm, then choose the photoresistance which is high-sensitivity and high-voltage.The monitor of the current selected the TI INA270, it support a wider input range of common-mode with high-sensitivity,;the dynamic part used the stepper motor with high-precision, it is easy to find the precise point light source; the showing selected the Lcd12864 as human-computer interaction, it is a elegant appearance. The experiment shows that the system is fully met the requirements of the design.
