楼主用的NIOS版本是11吗？这么高的版本我还没用过。貌似无法编译某些组件。

提示信息是不能够分配堆/堆栈，大学的时候学过，后来就忘记了，你看看代码里有没有什么明显的错误，比如说有关分配动态数组什么的，看大小是不是合适。
或者硬件上连接好没有...
后面的错误好像是少什么文件吧。
