Oracle BI Presentation Server启动失败很伤

开启服务时候 报:
“Windows 不能在本地计算机 启动 Oracle BI Presentation Server。有更多信息，查阅系统事件日志。如果这是非microsoft服务，请与厂商联系，并参考特定服务错误代码 -1”

在运行中开启服务报错如下:
