rt：请问在c语言中使用函数mbtowc和wctomb这些宽字符和多字节字符是怎样转换的，如果宽字符使用了wctomb，那么转换出来的多字节字符是什么编码方式下的多字节字符，是utf8还是其他什么的

这个以来你的setlocale选了什么Locale。一般来说C++编译器默认是"C"也就是POSIX的Locale。只支持基本ASCII什么的。所以用这两个函数之前必须：setlocale( LC_ALL, "" ); 这样会自动选择当前操作系统的Locale。也可以指定"chs"之类的。
