weblogic每天不报错就会自动挂起，请教大家这是怎么回事？

我的操作系统是linux，weblogic是weblogic10，我启动weblogc后，weblogic后台信息执行到
<2013-3-5 下午01时56分14秒 GMT+08:00> <Notice> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000365> <Server state changed to ADMIN>
<2013-3-5 下午01时56分14秒 GMT+08:00> <Notice> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000365> <Server state changed to RESUMING>

什么网页也不打开，就等上几个小时，他就会自动挂起
后台信息：

什么error都没有就挂起了。请教大家这是怎么回事？该如何解决？谢谢！
