WAS7.0.23访问WSDL地址出错 tomcat下正常

CXF版本为2.2.4，tomcat下运行正常，发布到WAS 7.0.23上后，在访问WSDL地址时，就出现了如下错误，急盼各位高人指点，不甚感激！WAS版本不能改，客户托管外面的机构管理的。。。
