plsql 登陆报 not logged not

我的是 win 8 系统，昨天晚上系统自动更新后，今天plsql 一输用户名密码登录就报 not logged not ，不知道是不是系统更新的问题，我在网上搜了下说右键以管理员的身份登陆，还是不行。求大神帮忙
