rainbow物理机向虚拟机迁移安装代理问题

关于源系统安装代理的问题，有谁遇到过这样的，我该怎么解决？在源系统上手动安装HconvertorAgent代理的时候失败，日志如下（已经排除过，与username这一项无关）

有没有关闭该物理机的防火墙、杀毒软件等。代理软件安装时报什么错了，下载的代理软件是不是非Windows2012版本的
