weblogic 部署启动报错问题

启动错误如下：
java.io.FileNotFoundException: class path resource [config/hbm] cannot be resolved to absolute file path because it does not reside in the file system: zip:D:/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/AdminServer/tmp/_WL_user/PRS/pj3otg/war/WEB-INF/lib/_wl_cls_gen.jar!/config/hbm

我已经换过两个版本12c、10.3.5都会如此，我也在war包中自己添加了weblogic.xml，xml如下

但是都没有用，实在不知道这是什么原因了，望给位帮帮忙，不胜感激！都折腾好几天了，在线等。
