学而思app中的支付宝、微信

学而思网校这款app中有支付宝、微信等国内支付方式，为什么她能通过appStore的审核？我目前app中也使用到了支付宝，并使用了网络开关控制在审核期内，隐藏支付宝的功能。但是苹果仍驳回了我们的app,返回了如下信息：

老老实实用内购吧，不然被延时审核就麻烦了

接入内购不代表只能使用内购，接入内购后，可以再接入支付宝、微信。
