warm reboot Conflict with USB Host Controller

Dear all,

I have a VIA board for developing WinCE.NET 4.2
WBT image. I met a strange problem at my device. Sometimes after
warm reboot, the system would be hanged. And that time, the USB
devices(include USB keyboard, mouse,...) always can't be loaded.
I have tried building WinCE.NET 4.1 image for the same device,
and there is no problem at it. The obvious difference between
WinCE 4.1 and WinCE 4.2 is 4.2 supports multiple USB host controllers
. And I just have two UHCI host controllers.If I disable the USB 2 in my CMOS,every is ok.
Is it possible the bug about supporting multiple USB host controllers
at WinCE.NET 4.2 ? Does anybody meet the same problem with me ?

这段话是我在微软新闻组里用的，懒，所以就直接贴过来了。

我目前开发的是CEPC平台，MS-DOS和loadcepc引导，主板是VIA的一块板子，开发过程中发现warm-boot和UHCI2有冲突，如果我板子的UHCI2打开时，warmboot时会死机。在和微软沟通后发现这是由于warmboot时只是地址清零，PCI设备都没有重新引导，导致UHCI直接销毁了一些内存中数据，UHCI出错。微软给我的解决方案是用ROM Boot Loader,但Boot loader哪是说改就改的？各位有什么高见？
