Part 1 Teamwork Summary Reflections

1.1 Summarize the previous work of the team

In the previous work, we initially decided on our future project, conducted user and industry requirements analysis and market research for our project and wrote a project requirements document, defined the project's functionality in detail, and drew a product prototype and UML diagram for the project.

1.2 Record the defense Opinions & Quesitons

During the opening defense on Saturday, we were asked two questions:

For the hardware recognition problem, whether it can recognize the development board drawn by oneself ?
For functional issues, whether there are other hidden functional points ?

1.3 Improvement plans

The hardware identification module is designed for the following types of development boards: development boards designed by hardware design companies, which are obtained by being gifted or purchased from others. Self-drawn development boards are not included in the scope of the hardware identification module. Since there is no possibility to match the training set with the user-drawn boards, we will only recognize the boards that are more frequently used in the market.
In later discussions, we proposed to use a user recommendation algorithm to suggest posts that might be of interest to users, which would increase the demand for our products. At the same time, we found that it was too cumbersome to simply use posts to upload manuals for certain types of development boards,for example, by image format. So we decided to add a file upload function to the rich text editor for editing posts to support users in uploading manuals for hardware. And the relevant files can be downloaded automatically after the user clicks on the link, which is a major feature not implemented in many existing platforms.
