1.1. Difficulties Encountered

1）The technical route of external equipment module for heart rate monitoring is not clear enough, and there are differences in equipment selection.
2）Team members are not clear about uml design and have difficulties in project records.
3）The Android part of the team needs to learn a large amount of knowledge, and the time is tight and the task is heavy.
4)Inconsistent work habits and code writing specifications of team members.

1.2. Relevant Solution

1）The team discussed intensively and consulted the data, and decided to take the original project data as the guide to reproduce according to the original technical route. The hardware equipment was borrowed from the Electrical Institute according to the materials.
2）The team shall divide the work, designate personnel to study in the blog park, and draw uml diagrams.
3）The team assigned 3 members to study and regularly reported the learning progress in the cooperation group, which was supervised by the team leader and provided reference code for learning.
4)Determine unified standard code format and network code format, and unify meeting time and progress.
