3. Project Expectation
Before the midterm defense, the model of our project has been generally determined, so the main task of this alpha sprint is to complete the back-end code, realize the matching between the back-end and the front-end interface, complete the display of the front-end interface, and optimize the project according to the opinions of the mid-term defense.
The main tasks are as follows.
- Conduct group discussions, market research, and identify user groups and prototypes of the software you want to design.
- Analyze the technology required by software design and match with my own ability, search for relevant information on the Internet, assign work to team members and arrange learning progress.
- Make some modifications to the functional design according to the feedback of the mid-term defense.
