oracle8.1.6执行E:\Oracle\Ora81\RDBMS\ADMIN\dbmsobtk.sql后只支持：
DESEncrypt/DESEncrypt/DESDecrypt/DESDecrypt

oracle9提供的代码中有md5过程,但不能在oracle8执行。
