晕！！救急！！搭建eVC开发环境的问题！！

小弟初学WinCE开发，之前在VS2005下的智能设备项目的模拟器上菜单老显示不出来，于是想搭建一个eVC的开发环境，我按顺序安装了如下组件：
MSASYNC
eVC4
eVC4SP4
Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 SDK
Microsoft SMARTPHONE 2003 SDK
Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Emulator Images for Pocket PC - CHS
Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Emulator Images for Smartphone - CHS
以上全部安装成功的

但是由eVC新建PPC或SP项目后，在编译运行按钮左边的选项选择
POCKET PC 2003 -- Win32 [WCE emulator] Debug -- POCKET PC 2003 Emulator
这三项选项，Build运行报错：
Connecting to the device对话框连接Emulator时跳出错框：

One or more files from the Emulator for Windows CE installation is missing.
Please reinstall Emulator for Windows CE and try again.

请问是不是我少安装了什么东西还是没设置好呀？？？？

安装哪个PB呀？？
在哪里下载呢？？

还有，在设备管理器里老是有Virtual PC Application Services这一项有感叹号 任务栏提示：“Virtual PC/Windows CE Emulator”会造成Windows不稳定。Windows使这些驱动程序无法加载。

这有关系吗？？

Platform Builder那么大 不会是装那个吧？？？

没有安装pb吧
在安装pb后，你每次运行程序（选择emulater）时系统会先仿真启动一个wince平台，并在该平台上运行你的程序

模拟器加载失败－－
