II.So far and Future
During our sprint plan, we can proudly declare that we have ability to control this in cooperation.
After requirement analysis, prototype design and on-site team programming, our team has the following advantages and disadvantages in cooperation:
Advantages:
1.Members communicate with each other and solve problems together.
2.Members are familiar with the tasks that need to be done.
3.All members have a strong sense of responsibility and finish the assigned tasks on time.
4.Adopt leangoo to manage the cooperative development and set up kanban to make the project schedule clear
Disadvantages:
1.The grasp of the schedule is not very perfect, often catch up with DDL
2.There is no focus on the technical learning of members and no foundation for subsequent development
3.In the subsequent development, team members will actively gather together for coding work, which is conducive to mutual communication among the team.
4.The team leader will also urge the progress every day to ensure the smooth completion of the Alpha sprint every day.
For next stage’s goal, we would not only absorb from this lesson during completing the αsprint plan，but also spare no effort to do the β print plan best.
III.Process experience of each member
1️.Leader：WANQI CHEN
During this tough but meaningful period, I have so many harvests. Firstly, I learned a lot about front-end frame. This frame is quite different from traditional one . Now I learned a lot about front-end design , repository and backend development. During this process, I usually talk to each members, will also urge the progress every day to ensure the smooth completion of the Alpha sprint every day. Finally, I want to say, we will continue working and spare no effort to do this job.
2️.Team Member：ZEJING FANG
For the first time, I realized the separation of the front and back ends, I also continue to assist in convening relevant meetings, discuss and studied the relevant contents, clarify our own respective tasks ,Code Review , Test Reporting , Size Measurement and draw class diagram, use case diagram, sequence diagram, state diagram and activity diagram. Searched the open source community for some interfaces for obtaining sources and information. In this sprint, I believe that profound significance for personal development and future team cooperation.
3️.Team Member：ZHENG YU
Before this project, I had not used the requests C puls plus. After these days of study and practice, I am proficient in how to search, obtain and process data. At the same time, in the process of cooperation with teammates, I learned how to realize the data interaction between the front end and the back end. Meanwhile, my teamwork ability has also been improved in this project. I learned how to, understand the difficulties of software development. It was a great experience!
4️.Team Member：ZHEYAN WEI
In the past seven days, I've learned a variety of programming languages. In this process, my teammates and I cooperated with each other, developed and applied the knowledge we had mastered in practice, exercised my teamwork ability and improved my cognition I have mastered it through communication with other members and searching for answers online. At the same time, I also improved the ability of mutual communication and cooperation with partners, I believe that this experience is a rare precious wealth in my life.
